Arrival rites

The Philippine Navy officially welcomes its second missile frigate Antonio Luna and its maiden crew in an arrival ceremony at Pier 13 Friday, February 26, 2021 with Secretary of Public Works Mark Villar as guest of honor. He is joined by Navy Chief Giovanni Carlo Bacordo and senior officers as the frigate docks for the first time in a Philippine port.
