Shoppers continue to swarm Divisoria, Manila’s main shopping center, on Saturday, unmindful of the tarpaulin displayed along Roman Street that reminded them to practice social distancing and other health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as Christmas comes in three weeks.
