Stylish rescuers

One of several swan boats from Baguio City reaches Amulung town of Cagayan, which is among the flood-stricken areas in Region II. Boat owner Vivian Celso through the Baguio City Police Office has deployed four of such boats to Cagayan as her contribution to the rescue effort in flood-affected communities.The swan boats are now being used to transport residents of Amulung barangays Anquiray and Abollo.
