The Department of Public Works and Highways and the Villar Group of Companies transform shipping containers into mobile rooms at the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex in Pasay City.  Public Works Secretary Mark Villar says the high cube containers converted into mobile rooms can be used as additional isolation health facilities or as alternative living quarters to temporarily house medical doctors and staff on duty at hospitals or at mega quarantine facilities operating at the Philippine International Convention Center, World Trade Center and Rizal Memorial Coliseum.
