The Department of Public Works and Highways is working towards the completion of three EDSA decongestion projects by end of 2020. DPWH Undersecretary Emil Sadain (third from left), who is in-charge of Unified Project Management Office operations and technical services, identifies these projects crossing Pasig River as the Bonifacio Global City-Ortigas Center Link Road, Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge and Binondo-Intramuros Bridge. Sadain has secured the commitment of contractors and consultants to fast-track the project completion delivery by the end of this year.
