Ford Motor Company Philippines Inc. posted another record performance in November with retail sales rising 13 percent to 3,408 vehicles from the same month last year on the back of strong demand for EcoSport, Everest and Ranger.
“Our top-selling vehicles helped deliver a record November performance,” said company managing director Bertrand Lessard.
Ford’s year-to-date sales through November increased 5 percent to 31,994 vehicles.
The segment-defining Ranger continued its momentum with November sales surging 28 percent from the previous year to 1,003 vehicles.
Year-to-date sales for the Ranger—the country’s second best-selling pick-up truck—have risen 25 percent to 9,225 vehicles.
Sales of the Everest mid-size SUV grew 15 percent year-on-year to 1,100 vehicles, driving its year-to-date sales to 10,873 vehicles.
