Philippine Gaming Management Corp., the International Lottery & Totalizator Systems Inc. and Pacific Online Systems Corp. signed a joint venture and made known their intent to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office to bid for a special lotto project.
The PCSO’s special bids and awards committee recently received the bid documents from the joint venture.
The bid is for the SBAC Contract No. 2021-01 which is also known as the 2021 PLS Project.
The SBAC will grant the winning bidder a contract for a five-year lease of the PCSO’s customized lotto system.
PMGC, ILTS and POSC have been working or have worked with PCSO, with each of them winning lease contracts with the agency in the past.
However, this is the first time that the three will be entering into a joint venture and submitting a singular bid.
