MDC’s first project, Menarco Tower, a commercial building at 32nd Street in Bonifacio Global City, is the embodiment of Menarco’s commitment to people and the planet.

Menarco Tower is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certified and was awarded as Best Green Development at the Southeast Asia Property Awards and Philippine Property Awards.
