Century-Mitsubishi venture unveils 2nd project in Laguna

PHirst Park Homes Inc., the joint venture company of Century Properties Group Inc. and Japan’s Mitsubishi Corp. for affordable housing, is launching its second community project in Laguna province.

PPHI said in a statement it is unveiling PHirst Park Homes San Pablo Laguna in March. Located in Maharlika Highway, Barangay San Ignacio, the 18.5-hectare community will offer 1,640 homes.

The launching of PHirst Park Homes San Pablo Laguna comes after the strong take-up of the 20-hectare PHirst Park Homes Lipa, Batangas.

“These two projects mark an auspicious start of the year for PPHI and cement our commitment to provide first time homebuyers with superior housing in the best locations. We look forward to rolling out more communities under the PHirst Park Homes brand very soon,” said PPHI president Ricky Celis.

Celis said two additional communities were also scheduled for launching within 2019.

PPHI earlier announced plans to roll out 15 residential projects offering 33,000 units in the next four years.

Total investment for the 15 projects is expected to reach P28 billion, while total sales value is expected to reach P57 billion.

PPHI said the first residential project PHirst Park Homes Lipa Batangas was well-received by the market. It sold more than half of the total inventory as early as September last year.

Net sales for 900 out of a total of 1,846 homes posted a total value of P1.16 billion. The second phase of the project inventory with more than 300 units will be launched soon.

All PHirst Park Homes developments offer complete and finished homes with a perimeter fence and gate and amenities. It encourages a sense of community, with WiFi zones and easy access to modern conveniences and a convenient purchase process for home buyers.

Each site is distinguished by its amenity themes. PHirst Park Homes Lipa has activity nodes that feature traditional Filipino games while PHirst Park Homes San Pablo has health and wellness facilities.
