Boutique property developer Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. plans to launch three new premium university residential projects this year with total sales value of P11.1 billion.
Torre Lorenzo chief finance officer Noel Rapadas said in an interview Thuesdy the company was set to roll out a new high-end residential project along Katipunan, Quezon City.
Located on a 2,200 square meter lot, the project would be a twin-tower residential project offering 780 units. The project is expected to generated P6.9 billion in sales.
The company is also launching a new mixed-use project with a residential component in Davao. The project will offer 699 units and generate P2.6 billion in sales.
Another project in P. Noval street in Manila will be launched this year. The condo tower which will target students from the University of Sto. Tomas and offer 381 units with total sales value of P1.6 billion.
Rapadas said the company had earmarked P6.2 billion for the three new projects.
