Posible, the country’s leading community digital transactions provider, has officially launched an exciting new package aimed towards aspiring young Filipino entrepreneurs.

Dubbed ‘Posible Generation 2’, the revised business package and all its accompanying features were revealed at the opening of the Franchise Asia Philippines Expo 2018 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

“We recognize that our millennial entrepreneurs have the drive and the capability to attain their goal of economic independence,” said JG Puzon, chief executive of Posible. “We are now offering Posible as a viable alternative for them to achieve that goal.”

Posible Generation 2 offers a significantly upgraded device package from its previous counterpart. Its centerpiece is a sleeker device capable of more digital transactions than ever before.

The second-generation Posible machine offers the usual repertoire of its comprehensive services including utility bills payment, select government fees, money services, micro-insurance, mobile loading, online gaming credits, and ticketing.

With its larger touchscreen display, Posible Gen 2 now offers inventory management for small and medium businesses. It is now also possible to create and implement loyalty and rewards programs—tools essential for growing existing and start-up businesses.

On top of this is the opportunity to own and operate an online retail store, right within the device itself. The Posible shopbox feature offers access to a variety of online and traditional retailers and instantly converts a business location into an online shopping hub for the community.

“What we want for this new generation of Posible devices is to give our young entrepreneurs the tools they need to succeed in the marketplace,” Puzon said.

“Giving our second generation package more customer-friendly features means more possibilities that we can offer kanto-preneurs and micro-syantes not only in the future but even today. Of course, this new feature will also be available to our existing Ka-Posibles using the first-generation device,” he said.

“With their energy and optimism, we want to partner with young entrepreneurs so we can achieve the vision of a financially-inclusive Philippines,” Puzon said. “Their business acumen and digital-savvy will help connect more Filipinos to an increasingly digital financial system.”

“More so, with Posible Shopbox we want to enable the Filipino consumer in the barrio to enjoy online retail shopping, connecting them to the digital economy and spurring local economic growth,” Puzon said.

Currently, Posible offers more than 300 digital services to over a million Filipino consumers and has already generated close to P5 billion worth of transactions. With over 2,000 retailers nationwide to date, Posible is on-track to achieve its goal of connecting every Philippine town and city to the digital economy within the next five years.
