Six local and international award-giving bodies recognized Manila Electric Company for excellence in sustainability communications, particularly the company’s 2020 Sustainability Report entitled “Live Life”.
Live Life, in the first half of 2022, received a Gold Stevie from the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards under the Innovation in Annual Reports category and a Silver Anvil from the 57th Anvil Awards under the Public Relations Tool category.
Meralco’s 2020 SR also secured Awards of Excellence at the 2022 Gold Quill Awards and at the 19th Philippine Quill Awards—both in the publications category.
Live Life was hailed in 2021 at the Asia Sustainability Report Rating Forum where it was conferred a Gold Rank under the International Companies category. It also brought home a Silver Stevie from the International Business Awards in the Best Annual Report category.
