The Quezon City government, together with Japan International Cooperation Agency and Bemac Electric Transportation Philippines Inc., started pilot testing of the electric tricycle service on April 24. The service would ferry commuters from Quezon City Hall to the Maginhawa Art and Food Hub in Sikatuna Village.
