Baguio City recently launched its first-ever Creative Festival which celebrates Baguio’s artistry and creativity as the first UNESCO Creative City in the country.
Dubbed ENTAcool 2018, the week-long event opened at the renowned Dominican Hill Heritage Site followed by a series of creative activities including a city-wide creative crawl tour, cultural presentations, gallery exhibits, art discussions and demos and workshops by local artists and master artisans.
Organized by the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) and the Department of Tourism-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOT-CAR), in partnership with the Baguio Arts and Crafts Collective, Inc. (BACCI) and the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio, the festival aims to explore and raise awareness on what and who made Baguio City a creative city.
