Robinsons, Visa offer free Santorini getaway

A five-day trip to the mythical island of Santorini is just one coupon away!

With every P3,000 worth of purchase using a Philippine-issued Visa card, one lucky shopper gets the chance to take a companion to a five-day vacation treat in Santorini with roundtrip tickets, accommodations, and an island tour.
As a tribute to Mamma Mia!, Robinsons Department Store and Visa bring shoppers a taste of Greece before the worldwide smash hit musical premieres in Manila this September.

Mamma Mia! is a compelling tale of love, friendship, and identity told through the timeless hits of ABBA. The musical was set in Santorini—a Greek island paradise immortalized by poets and painters for its multi-colored cliffs and picture-perfect sunsets.

With every P3,000 worth of purchase using a Philippine-issued Visa card, one lucky shopper gets the chance to take a companion to a five-day vacation treat in Santorini with roundtrip tickets, accommodations, and an island tour.

“Robinsons Department Store and Visa always have a good relationship,” said Krissa Donida, Robinsons senior marketing officer, adding this is an exclusive promo for both parties.

“So what best way to let our patrons experience Mamma Mia! but to take them to where it was known for—Santorini, Greece!” she added.

Aside from the five-day trip in Santorini, 50 winners will also receive two VIP tickets of Mamma Mia!, while another 20 will win P10,000 worth of gift certificates from Robinsons Department Store.

“We want to create the most memorable experiences for Visa cardholders and ensure Visa is the best way to pay and be paid in the Philippines,” said Stuart Tomlinson, Visa country manager for the Philippines and Guam.

The raffle promo will run until Aug. 31, 2018 and winners will be drawn on Sept. 11, 2018.

Shoppers can also enjoy a preview of Mamma Mia! in booths in Robinsons Forum on July 27 to 29, Robinsons Galleria Ortigas on Aug. 3 to 5, and Robinsons Place Manila on Aug. 20 to 31.

In the booths, shoppers get to sing-along to the timeless hits of ABBA, indulge themselves in a memory game, and try their luck in a panchiquotita where they can take home exciting prizes.

“We really look forward to bring more offers and promotions for our customers to give back something when they shop,” said Nach Saatchi, marketing manager of Robinsons Department Store.
