It's another day at the office for King Tiger Mark Yee, who put another sterling performance offensively and defensively in leading his team to 94-78 annihilation of Imus Banderas in the Vis-Min Invasion road game of the Maharlika Philippines Basketball League Lakan Cup recently at El Salvador City Gym in Misamis.

Yee scored 27 big points and grabbed 14 rebounds for his 35th double-double performance in the league to help the Tigers, owned by Dumper Party-List  Rep. Claudine Bautista of Davao Occidental, backed by Cocolife President Atty. Jose Martin Loon, FVP Joseph Ronquillo, AVP Rowena Asnan and FVP Franze Joie Arague, to remain as the best in the south division with a 19-3 record.

Billy Rey Robles and Mario Bonleon scored on their outside shots, while new recruit Jerwin Gaco and Yee manned the paint on the other end to prevent Imus to stage a potential rally from hotshots Jayjay Heltedbrand and Gerald Anderson.

“Our Tigers learned how to protect their lead and sharpen their killer instinct on the road,” Tigers’ Team manager Dinko Bautista said. “They deserve a breather during the SEA Games’ break.”
