SUN Life Financial Philippines will soon accommodate runners and cyclists as it turns into a two-fold event – the Sunpiology Duo.
The Sunpiology Duo will have two events: the Sun Life Cycle PH from Nov. 18 to 19 and Sun Life Resolution Run on Jan. 20, 2018.
“We recognize cycling’s growing popularity in the Philippines, and this is our share in helping encourage more people to get into the sport,” said Sun Life Chief Marketing Officer Mylene Lopa.
Lopa added that the Sunpiology Duo will be similar to a fun run because it will also be available to different age groups and offer different categories.
Sun Life Cycle PH will have a total of seven categories: Tricycle with 100m for 2 to 3 year olds and 500m for 4 to 5 year old; Kids Ride with 5.5km for 5 to 9 year old; Junior Challenge with 30 minutes for 10 year old and above; Community Ride with 20km for 10 year old and above; Foldies Community Ride with 20km for 10 year olds and above; The Challenge Ride with 40km for 14 year old and above and Ride with Robbie McEwen with 40km for 14 year old and above.
On the other hand, the Sun Life Resolution Run is set to happen early next year. Similar with previous years, Sun Life will again mount the event with Run Rio and offer 3k, 5k and 10k distance categories.
“With Sunpiology Duo, we can now cater to even more Filipinos who are eager to get a boost in their fitness journey and contribute to worthwhile causes while at it,” Lopa said.
