On the other hand, the special coverage on DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 and DZMM TeleRadyo starts at 12:00 nn on Monday with Babao and Velasquez on “Headline Pilipinas” followed by the tandem of Rosales and Lima at 1 pm. Baja and Taberna will take over in the afternoon as the President begins and ends his speech. Radyo Patrol reporters Robert Mano, Zandro Ochona, and Joyce Balancio will deliver updates from Batasan.
