Fans flocked to the CSI Dagupan Mall Grounds on April 6, to join the whole Studio 7 squad in the jam-packed Kapuso Concert filled with the program’s unique brand of “kantahan, sayawan, at kasiyahan.”

Rayver Cruz, Gabbi Garcia, Kyline Alcantara, Migo Adecer, Kate Valdez, and Ken Chan kicked off the show with a colorful and energetic dance number together with the Cluster 1 Bangus Festival Dancers.

A grand showdown among Julie Anne San Jose, Aicelle Santos, Golden Canedo, Mirriam Manalo, Christian Bautista, Mark Bautista, Jong Madaliday, and Garrett Bolden mesmerized the crowd when they sang a number of vocally challenging hits.

Afterwards, Rayver, Gabbi, and Sanya Lopez heat up the dance floor with their fiery performance; while Christian, Mark, and Ken, together with the band The Juans, serenaded the audience through their swoon-worthy songs.

One of the highlights of the night was Studio 7’s first-ever Musical Dating Game with the Kapusong Dagupeños, which filled the venue with hearty cheers and laughter.

Christian enjoyed the successful string of shows they had in North Luzon, “The experience brought us artists and staff closer to each other as a team. More importantly, it brought Studio 7 to our lovely Kapusos in the north.”

Meanwhile, Julie Anne expressed her gratitude for the Dagupeños’ immense support, “We are so happy that we’re able to entertain our Kapuso fans in Dagupan. We know na sobrang init that day but they still went out and watched us.”

Mark, in turn, related, “The Kapuso Concert was really special because it was our last stop sa road tour namin sa Luzon at first time din ng buong cast and crew ng Studio 7 na magsama-sama for two days out of town.”

Aicelle feels grateful for the love and energy that the audience gave her during their concert, “Maraming salamat po sa ating mga Kapusong Dagupeño. Kasing init ng tag-init ang pagtanggap nila sa amin. We had fun performing for them.”

Truly, the night turned out to be one of the most unforgettable music “tambayan experience” for the Kapusong Dagupeños.
