Celebrity Moms experience peace of mind on Christmas

The truth of the matter is that mothers — although they may differ in status, race, creed, and background – are basically one and the same across all generations when it comes to their regard and love for their children.

So much so that the word “mother” is spelled the same way we spell “unconditional love.” Do you even wonder why we often consider our moms the superheroes of our lives?

In their theology, the welfare and protection of their children come first. It doesn’t matter what kind of sacrifice they have to make, for as long as they can be sure that their children are safe – they have peace of mind. All will be right in their world. That’s just how moms are.

Today’s modern Moms face more formidable challenges as they have to deal with juggling multiple roles in and out of the household, the workplace and the community. And they have to do them all with a mindset that is focused on their most important job of all – raising their family. How can she be more efficient in this role and still have peace of mind especially at times when she cannot be physically present at home?

Some vibrantly beautiful, celebrity moms like Regine Velasquez, Isabel Oli, and Denise Laurel admit that the key lies in technology. Their battle cry is the same – worry-free parenting made possible with a lot of help from technology.

Regine’s presence in the life of her son Nate is palpable even when she goes out to her taping schedules weekly or perform in concerts in some cities. Add it to the fact that her husband Ogie Alcasid keeps the same busy grind as she does, if not even busier.  Somehow, PLDT HOME Fibr makes everything better for this beautiful family.

Clockwise: PLDT Home Fibr ambassadors Denise Laurel and son Alejandro, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid with PLDT's Gary Dujali, and Isabel Oli

The same goes with Isabel Oli who dotes on her first-born Feather by husband John Pratts. She makes excellent use of time away from Feather by being connected even she is away taping for an ABS-CBN show or doing some hosting gigs someplace.  Solo mom Denise Laurel certainly doesn’t feel guilty anymore even when she goes out to work and leaves her son, Alejandro, with his grandparents.

All three share the same sentiment of gratitude to what PLDT HOME gives, a company that understands a mother’s predicament and dilemma. The technology being offered by PLDT HOME Fibr, the country’s no. 1 broadband, makes mommy life easier for them. To them, PLDT HOME Fibr is equal to a mother’s peace of mind experience.

Who wouldn’t think the same? After all, it is a fact that PLDT HOME’s thrust is to really develop and pioneer products in the market that answer to the needs of the family by capitalizing on modern technology.  This is where PLDT pulls away from the rest – it simply knows how to make technology work in the best interest of the family.

PLDT HOME Fibr’s Peace of Mind experience offers Telpad, a tablet that allows our kids to play games that can be directly under a mother’s supervision; Smart Watch that is a gadget that can receive messages from Mom and monitor their mobility as much as it is a toy for them; Fam Cam which allows us to see and actually hear our children even when we are not home; and the latest is the Fam Zone, it gives parental control over sites the kids can access, among others.

Christmas is just around the corner. It’s a time of giving and a time of sharing. A time of paying tribute to those who have generously blessed us with love and care like our Moms. What better way to honor our mothers than by gifting them with PLDT HOME’s Peace of Mind experience powered by Fibr.

PLDT Fibr now enjoys the widest coverage as it being aggressively rolled out nationwide – including the provinces of Pampanga, Cabanatuan, Baguio, Benguet, Koronadal, among others, after achieving a record of being able to service 3,000 villages in Metro Manila. The sure plus is that it is now made more affordable with the new Plan 1899 with speeds of up to 20 Mbps.

Make Christmas even merrier for our Moms. Give them the gift of PLDT HOME Fibr’s Peace of Mind experience now.
