Alden Richards joins Kapuso Bloodletting Day for the second consecutive year.

Kapuso employees, along with their families and friends, at the GMA headquarters in Quezon City were able to donate a record high of 317 blood bags while the bloodletting activities in Dagupan, Ilocos, Naga, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, General Santos, and Cagayan de Oro produced a total of 819 blood bags.

Notably, Kapuso star Alden Richards, who is now a second-time donor, also participated in this year along with other GMA personalities.

Organized by the GMA Corporate Affairs and Communications Department for over a decade now, the ”Kapuso Bloodletting Day” is in coordination with GMA Kapuso Foundation (GMAKF), GMA Regional TV, and the Philippine Red Cross.

“Seeing fellow Kapuso employees wholeheartedly giving a part of themselves to help save other people’s lives is incredibly touching and inspiring. Our sincere thanks to everyone who supported this meaningful project,” said GMA Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Communications Angela Javier Cruz.
