Locsin returns as Avon’s celebrity ambassador for the beauty company’s makeup line and headlines the launch of Tropical Paradise, Avon’s newest makeup collection. The limited edition color line is a curated collection of enticing hues of blue and hints of coral, inspired by the hottest runway trends.
