As the nation celebrates the successful conduct of generally peaceful, orderly, and honest elections yesterday, I would like to express on behalf of the Anti-Crime & Terrorism Thru Community Involvement & Support (ACT-CIS) Party-List our utmost gratitude for the overwhelming support from the millions of Filipinos who trooped to the polls yesterday.
Kudos to the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for a job well done!
Likewise, thank you on behalf of our nominees: Eric Go Yap, Jocelyn Tulfo and Niña Taduran.
As we await for the official results and proclamation of winners, we would like to give special mention to the indefatigable organizers and coordinators who facilitated and joined our sorties all over the archipelago and overseas.
We are overjoyed by the heartwarming welcome accorded us everywhere we went, a most rewarding sense of fulfillment after our decades of selfless public service, the true mark of Tulfo brothers.
Nakakataba po ng puso.
Just as we promised, we will carry on the advocacy of the ACT-CIS Party-list, which is to uphold the rights of the marginalized sector of society that is most vulnerable and oftentimes fall prey to criminality but denied justice.
We also stand by the defenseless targets of terrorism, whose only dream is to lead a normal and peaceful life. They, too, cry to attain the elusive justice.

Through community involvement we will support the relentless anti-crime and anti-terrorism campaign of the Duterte administration, particularly its uncompromising anti-illegal drugs efforts.
Indeed, as me and my brother Raffy, who serve as board of directors of ACT-CIS, assure you that there is no hidden self-serving political agenda except for pure public service that we will provide through our Action Centers nationwide.
Our legislative agenda will be anchored on our anti-crime and terrorism advocacy and community involvement and support, as well as support the administration’s programs and projects geared towards uplifting the quality of life and building better communities.
Rest assured that on the very first session day of the lower house come July, our nominees will hit the ground running to do what we promised during the campaign season.
