About 150 families lost their homes after fire struck a residential area in Sampaloc, Manila last Thursday.
The fire started inside a house located at Galicia Street, in Barangay 401 in Sampaloc.
Two firemen were injured during the fire which reached the third alarm.
According to a report from the Manila Bureau of Fire Protection, the fire started at around 11:50 a.m.

The fire burned down around 50 houses.
The fire quickly spread in the affected houses that were made of light materials.
According to Manila-BFP Fire Chief Insp. Crossib Cante, two firemen sustained minor injuries.
Fire authorities will be conducting an investigation on what caused the fire.
