Isabelle Duterte once again took to social media to clear accusations against an unidentified “friend” whom her father, Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, reportedly mauled recently.

“My friend, who is now in the hospital, is a good friend of mine since we were [in] 7th grade,” the controversial presidential granddaughter wrote on Facebook Friday night.

“My friend’s family has shown respect to me and my mother over the years, I’m quite sure, considering that my friend is also coming from a respectable family, [that] my friend is decent enough to keep an image far from what my friend is accused of,” Isabelle added, in an apparent reference to accusations by her dad that she was being “pimped” by someone.

The presidential granddaughter, who was herself at the center of controversy recently for having a pre-debut photo shoot at Malacañang no less, likewise apologized to her friend for the trouble the trouble they got up to.

“I just wanted to correct this matter, not concerning me but for my friend’s sake. I would also like to say sorry to my friend and to the family for what had happened, this was never my intention and never wanted for this to happen,” she added.

President Rodrigo Duterte’s granddaughter, on her Twitter account earlier Friday, slammed her father for allegedly beating up a person.

[Even if you have a position in the city, you can’t beat up a person! Even if you have power, you can’t hurt another person! You are hurting a human being! Not just human being, but a child! Even if you have a name, you can’t do things like that! Even if you’re a Duterte, that is unacceptable!],” she said.

Isabelle then received a tongue-lashing from her father on social media, after she supposedly allowed herself to get “pimped” twice.

The vice mayor also blasted his daughter  for her seeming arrogance, when she ranted against him on her Twitter account.

Meanwhile, in the latest pictures posted by photographer JP Velarde on Instagram also on Friday, Isabelle could be seen in more photos for her pre-debut pictorials in Sydney, Australia.

The presidential granddaughter was seen wearing a green gown at the Cronulla Sand Dunes by Garimon Roferos, and on Sydney’s streets clad in haute couture by designer Edgar Buyan.
