BACOLOD CITY—Three persons were arrested while P407,000 worth of suspected shabu (crystal meth) were seized in two separate buy-bust operations in this city over the weekend, the Bacolod City Police reported.

In Barangay Singcang-Airport, Kristoffer Zuñiga was arrested for allegedly selling a sachet of the prohibited substance for P500 to a poseur-buyer of the Police Station-8 Drug Enforcement Team in Villa Mercedes.

Policemen also seized from Zuñiga, 36 and a resident of Barangay Pahanocoy, at least 11 sachets containing suspected shabu valued at P167,000.

Operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Khominee Dimasancai and his common-law wife, Salvacion Simpao, at their residence in Purok Chico, Barangay 28.
