The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has received the formal complaint of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) against actress and former beauty queen Maria Isabel Lopez.
The formal letter was signed by MMDA Operations Chief Vic Felizardo.
It was addressed to LTO Chief Edgar Galvante and LTO Operating Officer Audie Arroyo.
The complaint was sent by the MMDA to the LTO before noon on Monday.
The MMDA is seeking the suspension or revocation of Lopez's driver's license after she used the lane along Edsa exclusively reserved for delegates to the Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Summit.
It also wants the LTO to permanently cancel her license.
Meanwhile, the LTO has sent summons to Lopez to answer charges of violating traffic signs and reckless driving among others.
