Marco Polo Ortigas names HR director

MARCO Polo Ortigas Manila has named Melanie Domingo as director of Human Resources.

With almost 14 years of professional experience in Human Resources in the hospitality industry, her international and local expertise will benefit Marco Polo in its pre-opening phase, according to General Manager Adriano Vences.

“With our thrust of bringing together a young and dynamic team for Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Lanie’s broad experience in facilitating significant human resource innovation will surely appeal to potential employees as we engage the best talents available in the industry,” he said in a statement..

Domingo was the director of Human Resources for Oakwood Premier Manila from August 2010 to May 2013. She started her career at the Peninsula Manila before working overseas in Millenium Hotel and InterContinental Hotel both in Doha, Qatar.

A graduate of Behavioral Science in University of Santo Tomas, she earned her Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology in De La Salle University, Manila.
