Renowned real estate names from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao took home the most-sought-after awards from the recent Outlook: Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards.
DMCI Homes bagged Best Developer in Luzon, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. won Best Developer in Visayas and Mindanao, PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation won Best Boutique Developer in Luzon, and DATEM Homes, Inc. won Best Boutique Developer in Visayas and Mindanao.
Joe Soberano III, Chairman and CEO of Cebu Landmasters, Inc., was awarded the Personality of the Year at the gala night. Avida Land Corporation bagged Best Premium Condo for Avida Towers Makati Southpoint and Best Affordable House for Avida Southfield Settings NUVALI; Megaworld Corporation, with The Albany won Best Luxe Condo in Luzon; and Filinvest Land, Inc., took home Best Premium House in Luzon for The Peak.
Megaworld and Filinvest also took home awards in the Visayas and Mindanao region, with The Mactan Newtown winning Megaworld the Best Mixed-use Development in Visayas and Mindanao and Filinvest’s Sanremo Oasis at City di Mare crowned Best Premium Condo for the region.
The gala also remembered the passing of real estate leaders John Gokongwei, Jr. of JG Summit, Lucio “Bong” Tan, Jr. of Eton Properties, Willie Uy of 8990 Holdings, Henry Sy of SM Investments, and Liberator “Levy” P. Laus of The LausGroup of Companies.
