This is why The Outlook Philippine Real Estate Conference last month (seen in photo) was a big deal. The event forecasted trends, talked about the strength of the market, the areas for improvement, and how the market can use digital to make it even better.
Come November 14, Lamudi unveils its biggest event for the year, The Outlook Awards 2019
Highly anticipated event
Lamudi’s annual event, is just as highly anticipated as the October conference. The latter provided a valuable avenue for insightful discussion spanning a wide range of topics from sustainability to alternative ways of investing in real estate.
Last week, Lamudi revealed its shortlist of nominees for each category. The leading real estate platform also announced two new categories for the third installment of The Outlook Awards.
The Outlook Awards, co-presented by Holcim Philippines, Inc., aims to gather property developers from all over the Philippines to recognize their contributions in the growing real estate sector in the country. According to the real estate platform, there has been a 30 percent increase in the overall number of nominations from 2018, with Visayas and Mindanao nominations showing a 90 percent increase.
Lamudi has a total of 19 awards to give away on November 14, with two new awards–Best Co-Working Space and Best Co-Living Space–added in response to changing demands and lifestyle of property seekers.
The Outlook Awards 2019 is a yearly event to look forward to as it brings together developers from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to celebrate the emerging trends in the real estate sector. This year, Lamudi is supported by the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) in recognizing the industry’s best in houses, condominiums, and mixed-use developments.
At the end of the night, The Outlook Awards also names the Personality of the Year “in recognition of the individual whose overall body of work in real estate is a positive force in the industry, whose voice and actions contribute to moving the industry forward, and whose influence will reverberate for years to come.”
Lamudi will be giving away a total of 19 awards during the gala night.
