To be held at an “as-is, where is” basis, sealed bids shall be accepted by the PDIC Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) Disposal Committee from direct buyers between 9:00 A.M. and 1:45 P.M. at the venue. Bids will be opened at 2:00 P.M. Up for bidding are 49 residential lots, 23 residential lots with improvements, three commercial lots with improvements, three commercial condominium units, one residential condominium unit with parking slot, one mixed-use residential/commercial lot, one commercial lot, one industrial lot, one transportation equipment and a forklift.
