Megaworld recently launched the third tower for Park McKinley West, one of the residential condominium clusters in its 34.5-hectare McKinley West development in Fort Bonifacio.

Nowhere to go but up

Standing 25-storeys high, the third tower of Park McKinley West offers unit layouts ranging from one-bedroom (70.5 square meters); two-bedroom (110 square meters); three-bedroom ( 212 square meters); four-bedroom (229 square meters); and five-bedroom ( 336 square meters).

Designed by UK-based multi-awarded architectural firm Broadway Malyan, the tower will have amenities that include a swimming pool, children’s pool, game and entertainment room, yoga room, outdoor yoga deck, function halls, and a fitness center.

The company expects to generate around P8-billion in sales from this new tower, which will be completed in 2024.
