Anakalusugan party-list and its supporters stage a rally at the main headquarters of the Department of Health in Manila’s Sta. Cruz district to denounce the agency’s failure to give measles vaccine to some 2.4-million children last year despite spending all its P7.43-billion budget for its immunization program in 2018 as the measles death toll reached 136 since January.
