Property developer Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation recently launched the second phase of its Spanish-Mediterranean themed townhouses in Pampanga.
La Aldea Fernandina II is a 12-hectare community and part of a 30-hectare master planned community of Pueblo de Oro in San Fernando.
The project has over 1,100 units of classic and premium homes ideally for start-up families.
The townhouse units at La Aldea Fernandina II have redesigned layouts and bigger floor areas starting from 47 square meters.
The project is in Barangay Del Carmen in the City of San Fernando – close to the city’s major malls and retail centers, as well as hospitals, churches, and schools.
It is less than two kilometers away from the San Fernando NLEX exit and 3 hours away from Metro Manila.
Sales of La Aldea Fernandina II is ongoing with units as low as P1.2 M. Financing is available with ‘zero equity’ under the Home Mutual Development Fund (HDMF).
Aside from Pampanga, Pueblo de Oro has been offering innovative home designs in other locations around the country, including Cagayan de Oro, Mactan Island in Cebu, and the municipalities of Santo Tomas and Malvar in Batangas.
