Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar and Batangas Rep. Eileen Ermita-Buhain are joined by LGU officials in the reopening of the Diokno Highway Bridge in Batangas on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018. The bridge collapsed on March 14, 2015, at the height of Typhoon ‘Nona.’
