Key government officials formally open the first local government-operated outpatient Drug Rehabilitation Center, Balay Silangan, and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Satellite Office in Agoo, La Union on Wednesday, in support of the centerpiece anti-drug campaign of President Rodrigo Duterte.
