DMCI Homes recently  topped off the second building of Sheridan Towers development in Pasig, putting it on course for turnover in May 2020. The 43-residential level north tower  reached its full height last July, while the south tower along Sheridan Street was turned over a year ahead of its committed ready for occupancy (RFO) date of November 2018. Both towers have enjoyed brisk business particularly from young professionals and startup families working in Makati, Mandaluyong, Ortigas, and BGC. The tropical-themed development occupies a land area of 11,155 sq.m, offering a full array of resort-inspired amenities including a basketball court, playcourt, children’s play area, entertainment room, fitness gym, function hall, lap pool, leisure pool, kiddie pool and gardens.  Both towers were designed using  Lumiventt® Technology - DMCI Homes’ design technology for high-rise structures that allow natural light and airflow into the residential units.
