A train of the Philippine National Railways (PNR) encountered a technical problem on Friday morning.
As a result, it got stuck for about an hour on a railway across Pedro Gil street in Paco, Manila.
The incident caused a traffic congestion as motorists could not pass through the area.
The train was heading to Herran Street when the problem took place at about 9:15 am.
PNR says, the trouble was in the train's brake.

At 10:15 am, the train operation resumed.
No passenger was hurt in the incident.
