The video, from PLDT KaAsenso, is called Grandma’s Little Angel, and it’s the story of Kassie and her love for chocolate, which was handed to her by her grandma Linda. who used to run a chocolate shop in Lipa, Batangas. It’s a story of love that runs through generations, and howa dream, fueled by hard work and innovation, continues after the original one closes down.
The video, directed by award-winning Filipino director and cinematographer Dan Villegas, whose credits include local hits such as The Breakup Playlist, English Only, Please, Bride for Rent and She’s the One, definitely strikes a chord among Filipinos, for whom family is the prime motivation for success.
