In a stunning display of strategic offensive plays, Team Manila Eagles, via reverse sweep, annihilated the Mineski League of Legends to claim the Bacchus Pro Gaming Series 2017 championship title at the World Trade Center in Pasay City on July 30.

Team Manila Eagles was undefeated during the best-of-five series highlight finale of the Rampage 2017 event. On top of winning P300,000, they will also represent the Philippines in the Garena Premier League regional competition.

Rampage 2017, which is now on its sixth run, is touted as the biggest and grandest annual convention among LoL community players and fans.

Dong-A Phils. president and CEO Amen Say said Bacchus is greatly pleased to sponsor the return of Rampage in the country.

“Following the success of last year’s LoL event, which had gathered more than 10,000 attendees, Bacchus is again honored in bringing ‘energized’ play to Filipinos by throwing its long-term support to the growing LoL/e-sport gaming community in the Philippines,” enthused Say.

He continued, “It has remained our main thrust, to focus on e-games. Bacchus, in fact, is the first energy drink brand to fully support e-sports/e-gamers.”

Say also announced its partnership with Mineski Infinity, a premier cyber cafe network brand owned and managed by Mineski.

Prior to the epic PGS finale, officials from Dong-A Korea led by assistant vice president for Global Business Dong Lee-Hoon, country manager Won Tak Song, and general manager Choi Junho, together with Amen Say and COO Eugene Say launched on stage SKT T1 Faker, a popular celebrity gamer in Korea as the official Bacchus endorser.
