The University of Baguio recently hosted the first international certification program for hospitality and tourism in the province. Industry practitioners, faculty members, and students from various parts of Luzon participated in the workshop.
Asia World Hospitality collaborated with UB to conduct the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP). The certification program discusses the golden elements in customer service and building relationships with customers, understanding ratings and popularity rankings, and preventing fraud, among other topics.
The three-day workshop was facilitated by June Lucero-Antonio, a hospitality and tourism professional.
