The Danish footwear brand known for its innovative and comfortable products returns to the Philippines, through a shop-in-shop concept at SM malls.

Ecco has opened in-store spaces at SM Store Makati and SM Store Mall of Asia. It is also present at SM Megamall's third floor Bridgeway Building. Currently, the brand is sold in 87 countries at 2,989 Ecco shops and shop-in-shops and a total of 15,000 sales points around the world.

Building its success on quality and innovative technology, it is one of the few major shoe manufacturers in the world to own and manage every step of the shoemaking process since its establishment in 1963.

Ecco makes its own leather at its tanneries, and produce shoes at its own factories. It takes responsibility of design, development, production, and retail.

Nature, and its many colors, tones, shapes, and textures has always been a driving force at Ecco.

The Danish footwear label plans to open more shop-in-shops at selected SM malls.

According to the brand, it is the ongoing development of its premium leather uppers and specialized soles that keep Ecco in continual natural motion.

Since the start, it has defied conventional shoe engineering with its Fluidform technology direct-injecting resilient, shock absorbent PU directly into the shoe mold.

In over three decades, it has launched other breakthroughs, including suspended footbed or Corksphere as well as the “hidden” heel of the Shape range.

The Danish label announces continued expansion in the Philippines as it plans to open more shop-in-shops and eventually concept stores at selected SM malls.
