Providing residents with resort-like amenities—elevating the living experience, blurring the lines between home and getaway—has been a popular step for many property developers.
Case in point: Amaia recently opened a new amenity hub in its Nuvali property. The said hub features a resort-style swimming pool, the largest among all pools in the developer’s projects.
Leading the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the opening were project manager Cybill Samillano, project sales director Charmaine Tee, and brokers manager Jasmine Espiritu. The opening event saw the residents happily joining the Amaia Steps Nuvali sales team in the fun celebration.
“An ‘endless summer’ is in store for Amaia Steps Nuvali homeowners who virtually have a premier travel ‘destination’ just outside their doorsteps,” enthused Samillano.
Aside from having access to the swimming pool, homeowners can also enjoy other facilities of the amenity hub, which include a kiddie pool, a basketball court, a kids’ play zone, a grand lawn, and a cozy central clubhouse.
On opening day, Athena Academy—a swimming, music, and art school—held a complimentary one-hour swimming lesson for residents’ children and guests who pre-registered prior to the event.
Aside from upscale amenities, Amaia Steps Nuvali prides itself on offering current and prospective residents sleek and stylish condominium units amid relaxed, laidback vibes.
With a total of 1,140 studio and premier units in four- and six-story developments, it is the first affordable mid-rise residential development in Nuvali, Ayala Land’s 2,290-hectare township in Laguna, envisioned to be the Philippines’ first eco-community development.
Amaia Nuvali’s well-designed studio and premier units are priced from P3 million to P7.1 million.
The property developer currently has a promotion through which buyers can save as much as P2 million on select units until August. Some units have balconies that allow residents to look out on expansive green spaces.
Located on West Conservation Avenue in Nuvali, Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna, Amaia Steps Nuvali is just five minutes away from the main entrance of Nuvali, along Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road.
It is also close to commercial centers such as Solenad, S&R, Shopwise; offices such as Laguna Technopark, Lakeside Evozone, Evotech; leisure facilities like Seda Hotel and Canlubang Golf and Country Club; churches like St. Benedict, St. John Bosco, and St. Joseph; and schools like Miriam College and Xavier School.
