Fessenden Holdings opens this Christmas season with its newest development in the east side of Metro Manila with Bazaar City.

Bazaar City is a price-off center and leisure complex, right in the middle of a five-hectare property that can accommodate more than 1,000 sellers.

Envisioned to be the biggest bargain center East of Metro Manila, shoppers will enjoy a wide array of quality goods, cheap finds and good deals. There will be retailers and sellers for clothing, fashion items, accessories, electronics, furniture, and gadgets.

Accessible to all forms of commute via Ortigas, Pasig or Marikina entryways, going there on weekdays or weekends will not be a problem since they have longer shopping hours compared to the malls.

“This is like an open market community, a better version of the tiangge. The best thing about the place is the space. There is a convenient and safe parking space since the complex is privately owned,” says Mr. Cesar Avila, Project Director.

“Further, we want families to come not just to shop but really have quality time together, so we have a recreational park right beside the shopping complex so that the family can enjoy different activities while being in one place,” he added.

There are also indoor and outdoor food outlets zoned properly, to be able to provide a place where customers can grab something to bite or just rest from the retail activity. Weekend activities should also be expected or pop-up shops that will only be there for a limited time.

Bazaar City was conceived to be able to provide a convenient, comfortable and safe place to shop. Accessing low-priced items should not be difficult anymore. “We can guarantee low priced items compared to other pop-up bazaars only because our monthly rental rate was pegged at a minimum to help the sellers grow their business because we know that we can grow with them too,” adds Avila.

Providing a bohemian vibe wherein unique experiences can be created within the space for everything and anything, Bazaar City’s grand opening was held on Saturday.

Located at the former GMC compound along Felix Avenue, Cainta Rizal (Near SM Hypermart), the Bazaar City will be open from 10AM to 10PM.
