Land values at Filinvest City, an urban center south of Metro Manila, have risen by as much as 300 percent in the last six years, making for impressive returns, according to property consultancy firm Santos Knight Frank.
In 2018, Metro Manila was rated as one of the world’s top luxury markets, with Alabang among the 18 neighborhoods poised to become the next property hotspot, according to Santos Knight Frank. Add to this ongoing infrastructure projects such as the Skyway Stage 3, which is due for completion by mid-2020, and various developments being constructed in the area.
Filinvest City is currently teeming with high-end residential properties, with Botanika Nature Residences, a signature project under the luxury residential brand Filigree, standing out.
The project was recently awarded as Best Apartment in the Philippines by the 2018 Asian Property Awards, and a pioneer in BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) certification.
Botanika has unit layouts such as two-bedroom suites, three-bedroom flats, three-bedroom Garden Bi-level units, and five-bedroom Garden Bi-level units.
Unit sizes range from 123 square meters to as spacious as 343 square meters.
The project’s design were done by Miaja Design Group Pte Ltd. for interior design, Architecture International for its masterplan, and AECOM for landscape design.
