Innovation wins the day for IDC

Miramonti Green Residences by Italpinas Development Corporation recently came up tops as  the Best Innovation Project in a survey conducted by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), the Lorcatecture corporation, and Lamudi.  Atty. Jose D. Leviste III, President of Italpinas Development Corporation received the award, which was presented by (from left) Felipe Calderon, AIM professor and head of the Washington Sycip graduate school of business; Rey John Lorca, chief executive officer of Lorcatecture corporation; Anthony Rainelli, head of operations of Lamudi; and Aileen Caravana-Gallinero, head of people and culture of Lamudi. Winners were selected through a survey answered by 10,000 real estate aficionados to select the winners for each category. Known  figures in the real estate industry screened the list of nominees prior to voting.  These included Atty. Lloyd Christopher Lao, CEO of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), Cathy Saldana, President of Arco Group, and Ivy Almario, founder of Atelier Almario.
