Velodrome talks up

Philippine Olympic Committee President Rep. Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino discusses with International Cycling Union President David Lappartient the construction of a modern velodrome in the country on Thursday in Doha, Qatar. Tolentino, also the PhilCycling president, is in Doha for the XXIV Association of National Olympic Committees General Assembly that coincides with the World Beach Games.
