The National Red Cross gets more than 2,000 hands of more than 1,000 detainees at the Bureau of Jail and Management Penology Compound in Sta. Cruz, Manila, teaches them to save people (below) and help the latter recover from sudden illness or injury during a weekend first aid clinic as part of the celebration of World First Aid Day 2019.
