Training exercise

Participants of the Annual Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training is seen during an exercise aboard a Philippine Coast Guard vessel in Manila Bay earlier. The United States Coast Guard Enforcement Detachment supervised the training which is aimed at countering security threats in the ASEAN region such as illegal fishing.
