Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar (2nd from right) leads the final inspection of the 2.2-km section of the Cavitex C5 Link Expressway, which will be officially opened tomorrow. The flyover will connect C5 to Merville, Pasay City, and Sucat, Parañaque. Meanwhile, Villar’s mother, Senator Cynthia Villar (below, 2nd from left), leads the clean-up activities at the Las Piñas-Parañaque Wetland Park organized by the Manila Bay Sunset Partnership Program Inc. and sponsored by Maynilad. The senator has been advocating for a clean and green environment.
